What is the recovery time for Botox?

Botox recovery time Botox can take anywhere from 2-7 days to see your final results. I recommend not laying down for at least 4 hours after the treatments and no exercise for at least 24 hours. Some swelling, redness, discomfort and bruising can appear in the days after your treatment. These go away in a couple of days to a week or so. Most people can carry on with their schedule right after the appointment without issue.

How often do I need to get Botox injections?

Botox can last anywhere from three-six months. Everyone is different. We recommend every four months to maintain wrinkle free skin by keeping the muscles relaxed that cause wrinkles.

What is the recovery for filler?

Recovery time varies for each patient and for each type of filler injected. You can resume most activities right away, but it is generally recommended that you avoid intense physical activity for the first 24-48 hours to minimize swelling and bruising. Be sure to discuss your specific recovery plan with your physician prior to scheduling your injections.

How often will I need filler?

After about six months, your body naturally breaks down hyaluronic acid fillers. So, you have to get touch-ups once or twice a year to maintain the look. However, this is good news if you just want to try fillers once or twice, since the effects will fade away without any long-term risks.
